Taywood Homes
After
handling Taylor Woodrow's corporate advertising for many years,
we were invited to take over their domestic housing company.
From our research on the parent company's brand name, we decided
to carry out qualitative and quantitative research to test new names
and new corporate identities. The result was the birth of the Taywood
Homes brand.
We then ran a very unusual corporate national campaign based on
the research to establish the brand values in the consumer's mind.
At the same time we ran a direct mail post card campaign to all
potential buyers who had visited the Taywood Homes' developments,
with the same imagery as the national press campaign. Follow up
research showed a large increase in show home traffic throughout
the country.
