Nava Helmets

We were asked to launch Nava motorbike helmets in only their second year in the UK. Their first year launch had proved unsuccessful. It was a tricky period for Nava. They were getting very bad publicity from the motorcycle press, because people doubted whether their polycarbonate helmet was as strong as the glass fibre helmets that dominated the market.

Thus our strategy was to talk seriously to the motorcyclist about their unique construction. As you can see we also used futuristic 'laser' photographs to emphasize the modern design of the helmets. In the first year we captured 12% of the market, and helped to position Nava as the helmet to aspire to.
